Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to complete projects on time.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work well in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plus but not mandatory.
