About the Role:
As a Tire Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring vehicles are safe and road-ready. Your responsibilities will include:
Dismounting, mounting, and balancing tires with precision and care.
Safely securing vehicles to lifts and handling all tools and equipment properly.
Installing additional products sold by the store as needed.
Handling scrap (or take-off) tires and organizing them neatly in the storage area.
Maintaining a safe and clean workspace while providing excellent customer service.
Key Qualifications:
Prior knowledge of tire-related tools and equipment is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift at least 45 pounds and perform repetitive movements.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Your Skills:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A desire to go above and beyond expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing Daily:
