Town Hall Burger and Beer is expanding and we're on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic, and driven General Manager to join our growing team across multiple locations in the North Carolina Triangle! We’re a locally-owned gastropub-style restaurant offering a unique, casual yet refined atmosphere, where we pride ourselves on serving a seasonal menu crafted with the freshest ingredients, along with exceptional local craft beer, wines, and hand-crafted spirits. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success. You’ll be at the forefront of our team, ensuring we deliver the ultimate dining experience to our guests while leading your team to achieve excellence.
This position offers the opportunity to make a true impact, as you will work closely with ownership to reach business goals, elevate the guest experience, and grow the Town Hall Burger and Beer brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with owners to establish both short- and long-term business goals.
- Create and uphold a positive company culture that promotes a high standard of hospitality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent service, product quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
- Manage staff scheduling, budgeting, and training.
- Ensure adherence to all food, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a safe, harassment-free, and inclusive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate operating procedures and policies.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH coordination.
- Foster employee growth and recommend promotions within the team.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Experience and strong skills in both FOH and BOH operations.
- A solid understanding of Profit and Loss statements and financial management.
- Ability to develop and execute operational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Experience with team development and effective training programs.
- ServSafe and Cicerone certifications preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
