Job Overview: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to collaborate and support the operations department by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and the operations team to execute daily operations providing administrative assistance including but not limited to scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Data Management: Input, update, and maintain operational data in relevant systems; assist in generating reports for management. Assist in maintaining and improving processes to support business development and client relationship management.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing operational projects; collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and maintain accurate record of supply delivery tickets.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvement within operations and recommend solutions.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between all staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; assist in maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, with occasional overtime as needed

Salary: $20 - $22 Hr
