Position: Subaru Sales Consultant
Job Description: Join the fastest growing Subaru dealership as a Subaru Sales Consultant and become an integral part of our dynamic sales department. As a Subaru Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with their ideal Subaru vehicles and creating the easiest and most transparent purchasing experience possible.
Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Customer Engagement: Speak to customers warmly, understand their automotive needs, and guide them through the Subaru lineup to find the perfect vehicle that matches their preferences.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of Subaru vehicles. Provide accurate and compelling information to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Sales Process: Lead customers through the sales process, including test drives, trade-ins, financing options, and finalizing the sale. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure a seamless transaction for customers.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership. Consistently strive for personal and team goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
6. Market Awareness: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and Subaru updates to effectively position our dealership as a preferred choice for Subaru enthusiasts.
7. Administrative Duties: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organized customer records and update customer information in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry is not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Objective-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
