Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cottage rental cleaning and organizing ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Hours are flexible and pre-determined and scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance.
*Must have own transportation.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of individual cottages.
- Launder linens and towels as needed and replacing.
- Taking inventory of cleaning supplies and recording shortages.
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens; re-stocking each cottage.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
- Interacting with guests and addressing any requests promptly and courteously.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in hotel settings is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
