What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processor - Holmen position at Town n' Country Title, LLC?
The Order Processor is responsible for all incoming orders and entering them into industry software. The Order Processor will provide customer support for all branches, working closely with customers to gather all information necessary to complete the order. In addition, this person will begin the initial search on the property or persons associated with the order, help answering telephone calls, assist in scheduling of closings, and assist in special projects. The Order Processor will work with a diverse group of clients/guests/public, requiring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Functions:
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Order Entry Process – gathering all the information necessary to complete order in SoftPro Select
- Follow up with customers on orders placed – respond to all incoming orders placed via phone, email, online order form, etc.
- Order and follow up on special assessment letters with specific municipalities
- Utilize tax website search portals to search tax parcels
- Be responsible for Order Email Account
- Assist customers/clients with questions on status of files & help update information.
- Answer incoming telephone calls – directing to the appropriate staff
- Work closely with ALL branches to make sure orders are entered correctly and completely, being passed on to the correct person to begin the title production process
- Assist in miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by the branch manager

- Reliability – it is essential that the Order Processing Specialist be a very reliable team member as this person will be responsible for making sure orders have been entered!
- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to take and follow direction from all departments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; must be able to follow up with customers when outstanding information is needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
