As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their vehicle buying journey and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.Duties and Responsibilities : Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferencesDemonstrating vehicles and providing detailed information on features and specificationsConducting test drives and answering customer questions about the driving experienceCommunicating pricing options, financing, and trade-in values to customersMaintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their featuresProviding exceptional customer service before, during, and after the saleCollaborating with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectivesAssisting with vehicle delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the processFollowing up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future businessQualifications : 2 years of salesexperience; automotive industry preferredValid Washington State Driver’s License or equivalent.
