What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nutrition Driver position at Town of Andover?
The Food Service Truck Driver/Delivery/Receiving/ using FIFO practice; Using box truck or van to deliver and transport food/supplies to schools through the district. Receive, load, and unload food/supplies, dating items as they are received, perform inventory on a weekly basis. Work in a cooperative and professional manner with supervisors and leads in each of the 10 schools. Assist each school with FIFO practice, taking responsibility for what is delivered to each school and working with lead to properly store items that are delivered to each location. Perform basic assemble of equipment when necessary. Pick up mail and bank deposits from each site ensuring that mail is delivered, and deposits are made daily to the bank. Assists with delivery of caterings as needed. Interact with all the vendors, parents, staff and students in a professional manner.

All other duties as assigned by Director or designee. Lift 40lb. on a consistent basis, bending, standing, twisting, throughout the day. High School Diploma or equivalent. Some computer experience preferred. Serve Safe certificate or within first 3 months of employment. Professional development will be required yearly. Experience 1-2 years preferred.
