Job Description
An individual who is responsible for the safety and well-being of participants in a recreational activity. The Recreation Assistant will instruct activities in accordance with the policies and guidelines set by the Recreation Division.
Recreation Assistants will lead flag football drills, help participants improve their skills, and manage a team during the season. Session plans will be provided and supervised by the Program Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience supervising activities.
Experience working with kids.
Intermediate knowledge of flag football.
Ability to be a positive role model for the youth.
