Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Planning group and all other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Provide technical representation on behalf of the Town at various committees, advisory boards, stakeholder groups, etc.
- Participate in ongoing training for personal and professional development.
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate capable professional engineering judgment in the assessment of competing and/or contradictory requirements, goals, or standards to guide outcomes that are in the best interest of the Town.
- Strong emotional intelligence skills in workplace communication and relationships.
- Registration as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) preferred.
