The Town of Bourne, an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer, is hiring expert swimmers with leadership experience to be Head Lifeguards at Monument Beach
Qualifications and Education
18 years
Lifeguard Training, Basic Life Support/CPR, First Aid.
Must be proficient in the use of all rescue equipment including but not limited to: rescue tube, rescue board, backboard, AED, Stop the Bleed equipment, CPR equipment.
2 years lifeguard experience, preferred in a waterfront setting.
Full/Part Time & Hours
This is a seasonal position working 4-5 shifts per week. 10 AM to 5:15 PM
Hourly Rate
$25.00/hour $0.50 increases annually.
Closing Date
The initial deadline for this position is Friday, March 21, 2025 and will remain open until filled
