The Town of Breckenridge Recreation Department is seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented individual(s) for the position of Sports Official (Soccer) - Summer Seasonal for the summer soccer league held at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena's outdoor turf field. Individuals in this position are responsible for conducting physical inspections of playing surfaces, goals, nets, timing, and surrounding areas to ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition. In addition, Sports Officials review score sheets/make recommendations on player discipline based on player infractions. Sports Officials monitor behavior, play and actions of players before, on field during, and after the game to maintain safety values, league rules, sportsmanship and general protocol.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Typical Hiring Pay Range: $20.50 - $21.75 per hour. WORK SCHEDULE: Primary shifts for this position generally include Tuesday and Thursday nights from approximately 5:45 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. The summer soccer league season is tentatively scheduled for early May through late June 2025. Individuals in this position must be flexible in terms of availability and may on occasion be required to work other shifts as needed. This position is 'Open Until Filled'. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until suitable candidates are selected.Potential Housing AvailableThe Town of Breckenridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
