Position Summary:
The Bridgewater Senior Center is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to provide administrative support and assist in the daily operations, and creation of the monthly newsletter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining files.
- Provide support for event planning, including scheduling and communication.
- Assist in preparing monthly newsletter.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva and ability to learn other software as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- This is a temporary, part-time position, with a flexible schedule to be determined based on the center's needs.
- 10 Hours per week
