Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals daily for individuals at the Senior Center, ensuring compliance with recognized food safety standards and Board of Health guidelines.
- Set up dining area, clean kitchen and dining area, wash dishes, tables, sweep floors, and maintain general cleanliness of the area.
- Work closely with volunteers who assist in the kitchen, ensuring they follow proper sanitation protocols.
- Conduct daily and weekly cleanup schedules of food preparation areas and other utilized spaces.
