Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering and construction project management.
- Familiarity with MicroStation, Procore, MS Project, or similar software.
- Supervisory experience and strong project management skills.
- Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or Project Management certifications (PMP, CCM).
