CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
The Town of Colchester is seeking part-time Customer Service Supervisors for the Colchester Recreation Center. Various schedules available, consisting of 12 – 24 hours per week.
Provides oversight of Recreation Center Associates while on shift, monitors facility to ensure safety, cleanliness and proper use of equipment and provides counsel to visitors. Provides a welcoming and friendly presence for all visitors, assists with membership questions, program registration and payments. Provides facility tours, answers general questions and addresses customer concerns. Successful candidates will have an eye for detail and take initiative to ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, at least two years of experience working in a supervisory customer service role required, experience within a fitness or recreation facility preferred. Must successfully pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license, and have a HS diploma or GED.
