Key Roles:
- Beach Supervisor: Oversees daily beach operations, enforces rules, manages staff, and works weekends and holidays.
- Sticker Seller: Sells beach and transfer station stickers, provides excellent customer service, and handles money and POS systems, with weekend requirements.
- Bottles and Cans Recycler: Collects and sorts recyclables, generating funds for recreation programs and Field of Dreams.
- Lifeguards: Ensures beachgoer safety by monitoring swimming areas, providing first aid, and enforcing water safety rules, with preferred experience and certification required.
- Swim Instructors: Teaches swimming lessons to all ages and skill levels, with preferred experience and certification required.
- Playground Leaders: Supervises and engages children, creating a fun and safe environment, with 5-day workweeks preferred.
- Beach Gate Attendants: Greets visitors, checks and sells beach passes, with variable hours and weekend requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Available to work variable days, including weekends and holidays.
- CORI and SORI checks required upon offer.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications needed for some positions.
