Job Description/Requirements:
- Must perform maintenance procedures and having a working knowledge of using hand tools and operating equipment such as dump truck, backhoe, tamper, mower, chainsaw, and trimmer.
- Must be able to learn how to prepare gravesites for burial through digging graves, filling graves, placing flower arrangements on grave, installing foundations and flower slabs, and moving existing headstones.
- Assist with mixing and pouring concrete to construct foundation and flower slabs.
- Help maintain work order system.
- Turf management.
- Knowledge of technology and computer skills
- Excellent public relation and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and other departments.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Small engine repair knowledge a plus
