We’re seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and compassionate Full Time Teacher's Aide to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of the children we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Engage: Provide attentive care and supervision for children in a safe, welcoming environment. Lead activities and play to encourage social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a Positive Atmosphere: Foster a fun and educational atmosphere by planning and leading age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, and group games.
- Support Learning: Assist children with basic tasks like feeding, toilet training, and age-appropriate educational activities. Encourage curiosity and development through interactive play and exploration.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other caregivers and teachers to implement daily routines, including mealtime, nap time, and outdoor play. Share insights about the children’s progress and needs.
- Ensure Safety: Monitor children at all times to ensure their well-being. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Communication with Parents: Provide updates and share observations about children’s activities and progress with parents. Build positive relationships with families and address any concerns or special needs.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment, including sanitizing toys and play areas to ensure a healthy space for the children.
