GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Champs Site Directors assists the Recreation Department with the Summer Camp Programs for pre-school children at various locations throughout the Town of Fairfield.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children.
Supervision of activities which take place on site so the events are safe and run efficiently.
Supervision of the leaders who are working at the site.
Daily attendance and record keeping of all incidents and accidents.
Making sure that all rules and policies are followed.
Responsible for the care and use of equipment as well as making sure it is properly stored and brought out for use each day.
Responsible for keeping site and school clean at all times.
Responsible for safety of all children and staff on off-site trips.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to take on responsibility, take initiative and interact with parents, co-workers and children.
Experience in working with children or related filed, preferably preschool / elementary teachers.
Natural leadership abilities.
