Description
Performs duties related to the operations of the Community Activity Center front desk - to include greeting guests, registration, answering phones, addressing guest questions, assisting in room / gym set ups, stocking, cleaning, and enforcing Community Activity Center rules and regulations.
Examples of Duties
Front Desk Staff Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets Community Activity Center guests, answers questions regarding the Community Activity Center and / or the Town of Flower Mound, answers phone, and provides excellent customer service.
- Registers participants for classes.
- Sells Community Activity Center memberships and programs. This includes handling credit card transactions, receiving cash, and counting correct change.
- Provides tours of the Community Activity Center.
- Checks out gym and game equipment to guests.
- Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks to include filing, organizing, inventory, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Must submit to and pass a post-offer, non-regulated drug test and thorough background checks (including criminal history).
