Firefighter EMT/Advanced EMT/Paramedic
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our firefighting team as Firefighter EMT/Advanced EMT/Paramedics.
Job Summary:
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and meet the demands of firefighting.
- Respond to emergency calls, provide medical assistance, and engage in firefighting activities.
- Collaborate with other emergency responders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to firefighting, including extinguishing fires, rescuing people, and providing medical aid.
- Operate complex equipment such as fire trucks, ambulances, and rescue vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents, patients treated, and equipment used.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on the latest techniques and procedures.
- Work effectively in a team environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Holds valid certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced EMT, and/or Paramedic.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and is able to operate complex equipment.
- Has a strong understanding of firefighting procedures, emergency medical response, and patient care.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Meets the physical demands of the position, including lifting heavy equipment and responding to emergency situations.
