The Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist supports recruiting, orientation, onboarding, training, internal events, recognition, engagement, and culture. This position supports the Human Resources department as the face of the organization to new employees. The right fit is an individual who possesses the ability to capture the attention of prospective and current employees and help make their integration into Town culture successful. This position supports the Human Resources department in daily tasks including cross training with other Human Resources roles.
