What You'll Be Doing
This position is responsible for senior-level professional work in the Town’s Department of Community Development, performing a variety of planning, analytical, and research projects related to zoning administration. The primary focus is reviewing legislative land use and site plan applications for compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, and researching zoning ordinance amendments, proffer interpretations, and zoning determinations.

Bachelor’s degree in planning, architecture, public administration, design, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in planning, zoning, or development work or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ experience or Master’s degree in planning, public administration, or a related field. Professional accreditation such as AICP, CZO or CZA.
