• Prepare and issue written warnings, violation notices, and stop work orders as needed to enforce compliance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years of experience in municipal inspections and plan review or equivalent trade-related experience.
- Must be bondable and have a valid Texas Driver's License.
- Valid State Plumbing Inspector License Required or ability to obtain within six months; or two (2) ICC Certifications in building, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical field within 12 months of employment.
