Russell Street School Educational Support Professional/Teaching Assistant Job Responsibilities • Collaborate with staff and service providers to deliver IEP services • Support students in classrooms with academic/behavioral/emotional needs. • Maintain positive relationships with families, allowing classroom teachers to address Concerns with parents • Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and take risks • Assist students in toileting as needed • Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information regarding children, families, and staff • Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, families, and staff. • Facilitate group activities • Other duties assigned by the building administration and/or supervising staff
