Assistant Principal, Mansfield Middle School (Grades 5-8)
The Mansfield Public Schools seeks an outstanding assistant principal to, in collaboration with the principal, provide strong leadership and sound management for the Mansfield Middle School. The Mansfield Middle School brings together all of the town’s middle school students, serving 460 children in grades 5-8 with a certified staff of 53 and a total staff of 100. Mansfield schools are culturally and economically diverse schools where equal opportunities to succeed are provided to all of its students.
The Town of Mansfield is located in the heart of eastern Connecticut and is home to the University of Connecticut. Mansfield is located forty minutes east of Hartford and ninety minutes from Boston.
Salary Range: $115,361-$139,733 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualified applicants must hold or be eligible for Connecticut certification as an administrator (092).
