Position Description
The Town of Marana is seeking a Business Financial Manager to work in the Development Services Department. This is a full-time position that will perform a wide variety of professional duties to manage and administer Development Impact Fees adopted pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-463.05 for parks and recreation, streets, water, water reclamation, and water resources in accordance with applicable ordinances and / or Development Agreements (DA).

Expected Hiring Range : $79,709- $99,635
Salary Range : $79,709 - $119,562
- placement within the salary range is dependent on direct experience, internal equity and / or budget
Examples of Duties
Calculate and provide impact fees and protected facility fees in accordance with administrative rules and procedures.
Develop and maintain a central development agreement database.
Respond to requests and inquiries from representatives of the development community.
Minimum Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills & abilities to successfully perform essential functions may be considered.
