**Job Overview:**
The Town of Mashpee Public Library is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Youth Services Librarian to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality library services and programs to our community.
**Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality library services and programs to the community, including storytime, book clubs, and other events.
- Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our diverse community.
- Collaborate with local schools and community organizations to develop partnerships and promote literacy and learning.
**Requirements:**
- Masters degree in library science (MLS/MLIS) required; at least one year professional experience working in a public library, providing direct customer service in person, via telephone and/or electronically preferred.
- Experience with program planning and implementation, as well as knowledge of children's and young adult literature preferred.
- Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills required.
