**About the Position**
The Town of Mashpee Building Department is seeking an experienced electrical professional to join our team as an Alternate Wiring Inspector. This role involves performing on-call, technical inspections and enforcement of the Massachusetts Electric Code.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct skilled inspection and review duties of a technical nature
- Ensure compliance with proper standards and enforce pertinent laws and regulations
- Perform administrative and technical work related to the enforcement and interpretation of the Massachusetts Electric Code
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman's Electrician's License
- More than five years of experience as a licensed electrician
- Valid MA driver's license (Class D)
- Pass a C.O.R.I. background check
