The Town of Mashpee seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Alternate Plumbing & Gas Inspector. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring public safety by enforcing regulations and codes related to plumbing and gas installations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing thorough inspections of plumbing and gas installations
- Conducting regular reviews of installation plans and specifications
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and regulations
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, a MA Plumber and Gas Fitter License, and five years of supervisory experience as a MA licensed Journeyman Plumber and Gas Fitter. A Master Plumber License is highly desirable.
