Responsibilities:
- Provide reference and research assistance to patrons
- Develop and implement collection development policies and procedures
- Create and lead youth programming and events
- Train and supervise assigned staff members
- Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:**
- Masters degree in Library Science (MLS/MLIS)
- At least one year of experience working in a public library setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
