- A Master's degree in library science (MLS/MLIS).
- At least one year of professional experience working in a public library, providing direct customer service.
- Experience with youth programming and knowledge of children's and young adult literature.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing youth programming, including collection development, instruction, technology support, and other duties needed to provide core library services.
- Coordinating the youth services operation and activities, training, supervising, and evaluating assigned staff, and coordinating technical services functions.
