Job Duties:
- Develop and implement effective programs and services that meet the needs of children and young adults
- Collaborate with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote literacy and education
- Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to promote library services and programs
- Supervise and train assigned staff members
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Library Science (MLS/MLIS)
- At least one year of experience working in a public library setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
