The Town of Merrimack Fire & Rescue Department is seeking qualified Firefighter EMTs and Firefighter AEMTs. The Department currently has program that pays for and assists with attaining Paramedic Certification after 1 year of service for qualified employees. This posting is to fill anticipated openings and/or create an eligibility list for future openings.
Current Wage Scale (rates shown are /hr. and base rate):

Top of Firefighter wage scale at 12 Months. Hourly incentives are paid, and tuition reimbursement is available, after successful probationary period. Full list of incentives are listed in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
