Facilities Maintenance Person
Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Person: This person will perform various facilities and grounds maintenance tasks assigned by the Facilities Team Leader including light (minor) building maintenance, painting, mowing and lawn care, snow removal, and such other duties and tasks as assigned. Service tools and equipment used and maintains all work areas. Performs other related duties as requested and can be assigned to other divisions within the department as needed.
Required Minimum Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED equivalent, valid driver’s license, one year of experience in a Maintenance position or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and ability. A competitive pay rate commensurate with qualifications and experience.
