Front Office Receptionist
This part-time position, 25 hours a week, offers paid holidays and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of Town Hall and perform secretarial, receptionist, and administrative duties.
- Answer incoming calls, greet residents and contractors, and maintain Town social media and website.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, collect and log resident utility payments, and make daily bank runs.
- Compile and design the quarterly Town newsletter and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in using email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with VOIP phone systems, copiers, computers, and fax machines.
- Ability to type with accuracy (40 wpm) and possess a pleasant personality, calm demeanor, solid social skills, and ability to work with the public.
