We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Utility Maintenance Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing water distribution and wastewater collection systems, as well as operating construction equipment and vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing and public water/sewer system operations, as well as leadership skills and computer proficiency.
- Maintenance and repair of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
- Operation of construction equipment and vehicles
- Participation in an on-call schedule for 24-hour stand-by duties
- Assistance with emergency response situations, including water main breaks and sewer backups
Salary : $26 - $30
