Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
- Operation of heavy construction equipment and vehicles
- Participation in on-call schedule for 24-hour standby duties

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of maintenance and equipment operation experience
