What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEASONAL - Pop-Up Park Activity Host(ess) position at Town of Normal?
The working season for this position is generally May - August. *Some events may occur in April, September or October on an on-call basis.
This position is responsible for working closely with the Pop-Up Park and assisting with rentals of activity equipment.
Nights/Weekends Available!
-Assist with set up and take down of Pop-Up Park Party Equipment
-Supervise participants and equipment being used
-Assist with variety of park-based entertainment activities, games would include Spike Ball, Volleyball, Bags/Cornhole, Checkers, Connect-4, and more!
-Instruct the games and activities with party guests
-Communicate with Director on event dates, times, equipment-Must be friendly, energetic and inviting
-Responsible and knowledgeable of rules for party games and set up of activities
-Outgoing individuals capable of drawing attention to equipment CPR/AED Certified preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Salary : $15 - $16
