What are the responsibilities and job description for the Palm Beach Right of Way Coordinator position at Town of Palm Beach?
Requirements
We require a high school graduate or GED equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction of paving, drainage, water, and sewer systems. An associate degree, Bachelor's Degree, and/or some college coursework in a related field is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with contractors and the public, read and interpret blueprints, plats, and property legal descriptions, review land development and subdivision plans submitted to Town for review, and reviews right of way permit applications.
