THE POSITION
The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking a Library Assistant III to provide support of the Department and providing exemplary customer service to members of the public.

Examples of Duties
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL :
- Educate patrons in locating materials or information in all areas of the library. Provides readers advisory services and assists patrons in the use of all library technologies.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers; greets, receives, addresses, and resolves escalated patron issues, library system or policy items as assigned.
- May assist with updating department-related web content and social media updates within Town social media guidelines.
- Help to create displays to enhance the atmosphere and highlight the collection.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating assigned special projects, programs, classes, and events.
- Participates in programming for assigned department and may assist with programs for patrons of all ages.

The Town's complete compensation package includes salary, benefits, and a high-performance culture. The expected hiring range is $23.22 - $26.70
The full salary range is $23.22 - $32.51
