- Develops and presents reports, dashboards, and visualizations on park usage, program attendance, and financial performance for internal stakeholders, Town leadership, and the public.
- Identifies and evaluates operational challenges and programmatic inefficiencies; designs and implements data-driven solutions to address identified issues.
- Collects, compiles, and analyzes data related to park operations, recreational programs, budget performance, and community engagement.
- Prepares performance metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Researches and interprets applicable Federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring departmental compliance and assessing impacts of proposed changes.
- Assists with the preparation and analysis of annual and mid-year budgets, including forecasts, variance analyses, and financial recommendations.
- Conducts public surveys and analyzes feedback to inform department policies and initiatives.
- Supports grant applications by providing relevant data analysis and documentation to meet funding requirements.
- Facilitates departmental planning sessions and presents findings at Town Council meetings or other public forums.
- Monitors and evaluates vendor and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to agreements and departmental standards.
- Manages data integration projects, collaborating with IT and GIS teams to incorporate geospatial analysis into departmental strategies.
- Responds to internal and external inquiries, providing detailed information based on research and data interpretation.
- Continuously seeks opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance operational processes, and implement innovative solutions.
- Performs related work as assigned.
