Fire/EMT Admin
Fire/EMT Admin is a dual role member of the department having both emergency medical care responsibilities and administrative duties. Position is part-time, non-benefited: Sun, Mon, Tues 10am - 4pm. Days/hours subject to change. Pay is $25/hr.
The EMT portion of this position is technical in nature, and requires the ability to interact with the public, assess and treat medical emergencies, follow treatment protocols, and properly document findings and events on medical records. Admin duties include, but are not limited to, submitting all Fire/Ambulance reports to the State, all vendor warrants/invoices to the Town Accountant, and monthly call logs to the Town Manager.
Requirements include, High School graduate or GED, CORI background, motor vehicle driver’s license, Massachusetts DPH/OEMS EMT certification, BLS/EMT card, and CPR card.
