We are looking for an Office Manager/Court Clerk who will provide senior-level administrative support to the Town Manager's Office. This role will assist with administrative duties, manage day-to-day court operations, and support community relations and HR functions. You will also serve as a key point of contact for staff and citizens, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Some of the day-to-day duties include:- Providing administrative support to the Town Manager's Office, including scheduling, managing documents, and processing payments.
- Serving as Court Clerk, handling court documents, fines, and preparing cases for court.
- Managing the Town's Real Estate Transfer Tax (RETT) process and overseeing mail distribution.
- Supporting the Town's communication plan, updating the website and employee intranet.
- Assisting with HR-related activities, including wellness programs, employee events, and budget tracking.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications/skills:- Associate's degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Three years of local government administration experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to become a Notary Public.
