Video Contractor Overview :
For the 2024-2025 Winter season, Snowmass Tourism is seeking a videographer to capture and produce high-quality footage and promotional materials that demonstrate Snowmass as a world-renowned tourist destination.
Specifically, the videographer will produce deliverables in the three following categories throughout the 2024-2025 Winter Season :
- Library Footage :
Videographer will shoot independently 3-4 times per month in the Winter season to capture high quality footage for Snowmass' video library
Approximately 3 high quality edited videos. Note : Promo videos will be produced as needed. Once Snowmass Tourism initiates videographer, turnaround time to be under 2 weeks

Please note Snowmass Tourism is a separate entity from Aspen Snowmass Skiing Company.

Usage
All footage shared will be licensed to Snowmass Tourism in perpetuity for use in all marketing and released by Snowmass. Snowmass Tourism will retain unrestricted rights to utilize any footage and video assets produced for and shared with Snowmass for any purpose. All footage and video assets may be shared with marketing partners, including, but not limited to, area Lodges, Groups, Retailers, Restaurants, Stakeholders, national and international Tour Operators, etc. Transferrable licensing to said partners will include website usage, collateral usage, and digital and commercial advertising (not to be used in national commercial) for the purpose of promoting travel and tourism to Snowmass.
Eligibility
Only videographers with reviewable portfolios and relevant experience are eligible to apply. Must agree to Snowmass Tourism Contractor Guidelines.
Compensation
12,000 will be provided for the months of February through the end of April 2025 ($4,000 per month). Contract has the opportunity to renew for the summer season and beyond.
