SUMMARY: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our IT support team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring that our organization's technology operates efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with other IT professionals and support teams to deliver timely solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Department: IT Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday; 35 hours Location: Town Hall, 75 Main Street, Southington, CT Union: N/A Reports to: Director of Technology and GIS
