About the Role
The Town of Timnath seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer – Development Review to join our team. As a key member of our Public Works department, you will be responsible for managing and contributing to various engineering projects, ensuring compliance with town regulations and standards.
- This role involves analyzing and interpreting complex engineering documents, coordinating projects with developers, contractors, and other stakeholders, and enforcing town engineering design standards.
- You will also be responsible for evaluating proposals, designing public works projects, and recommending governmental measures to control and guide community development and urban renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and contributes to various engineering projects, including review of engineering plans, traffic impact studies, and drainage studies.
- Coordinates projects with developers, contractors, other municipalities, districts, and Town staff as needed.
- Ensures compliance with town regulations and standards by interpreting, applying, and enforcing the provisions of the Town's engineering design standards.
