Job Description
The Town of Timnath seeks a highly skilled Sr. Civil Engineer to join our team in the role of Town Development Review Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and contributing to various engineering projects, analyzing and interpreting complex engineering documents, and ensuring compliance with Town regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing engineering plans, traffic impact studies, drainage studies, and development plans for accuracy and alignment with established standards
- Coodinating projects with developers, contractors, other municipalities, districts, and Town staff as needed
- Designing or overseeing designs of town public works, community development, and public facilities construction projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience in related field; Minimum 5 years in administration and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
